Screen printing pushes ink through a screen, one color at a time. It’s the most durable technique for large runs, and gives the most opaque result on dark colors.
How we work
We separate your design into colors, burn one screen per color, then print one color at a time. Up to six colors per design, in-house.
What it works on
T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, etc. We’ll tell you before we start if your garment won’t work.
The numbers
- Minimum: 24 pieces per design.
- Turnaround: 8 to 14 business days after proof approval.
- Payment: 50% at proof approval, the rest on delivery.
Why screen printing over something else
For large quantities and solid colors, nothing beats screen printing on price and durability. For a small run or a color gradient, look at DTF transfers instead.
