The honest answer is that it depends on quantity, number of colours and the garment. But “it depends” doesn’t help anyone plan a budget. So here are our real prices, calculated with the same tool we use for our quotes.
Screen printing prices
For a basic t-shirt (Gildan Softstyle), one large print on the front, price per shirt before taxes, screens included:

Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design. The higher the quantity, the lower the price: screens and setup are spread over more shirts.
DTF transfer prices
For small runs or full-colour designs, DTF transfers have no minimum and no screen fees:

What makes the price go up (or down)
- Quantity. Going from 24 to 50 shirts lowers the unit price by roughly 15 to 25%.
- Number of colours. In screen printing, each colour needs its own screen and one more pass on the press. On dark garments, a white underbase is often needed.
- Number of print locations. A small chest logo and a large back print are two prints. Example: 50 shirts with one colour in each spot, around $12 to $13 each.
- The garment. A hoodie, a premium tee or a technical fabric costs more to buy, and sometimes to print.
- Larger sizes. 2XL and up cost more from the supplier. We spread the difference so you get one price for every size.
- Turnaround. Our standard turnaround is 8 to 14 business days after proof approval. Faster is possible, with fees starting at 10% of the subtotal.
- Customer-supplied garments. We can print on your own garments, but printing costs more: we take on the risk of ruining a piece we can’t replace.

- Pick-up at our Saint-Eustache shop, by appointment. Delivery is also available.
